ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Operations Manager / Operations Team Leader) 1. Lead, supervise, and support the operational team to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Manage operations related to multiple hardware brands and product lines.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for timely procurement and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and hardware availability.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and system updates.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain service quality, turnaround time, and operational KPIs.
- Train, guide, and evaluate team members to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and safety standards.




- Support management with operational reports and improvement initiatives. 11 Knowledge of GeM Portal (Government e marketplace) is preferred 12 Operations Manager / Operations TL should have experience of team leading at least 5 members 13 Sub departments under operation manager are as follows: Customer support Dispatch and Logistics Service delivery Tele calling (Payment collection) Service support Vendor coordination Internal department coordination 14 Valuable knowledge of system including MS excel, MS word, Emails, Communication.
