GetLook – Salon At Home is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

? Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

? Work From Office

What will you do?As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing and tracking our day-to-day city operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track daily bookings and appointments
- Coordinate with beauticians for smooth appointment execution
- Manage appointment schedules, reschedules and cancellations
- Track beautician availability and allocation
- Monitor ongoing appointments and resolve operational issues
- Coordinate between customers, beauticians and internal teams
- Track daily operational performance and prepare reports
- Ensure appointments are completed on time
- Identify operational gaps and take quick corrective action
- Support the team in improving overall city operations

What are we looking for?




- 1–3 years of experience in operations / coordination preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Robust ownership and attention to detail
- Comfortable coordinating with field teams

⭐ Bonus: Experience in beauty, salon, hospitality, hyperlocal, delivery, gig-work, marketplace or startup operations will be an added advantage.
