Role Description The Operations Intern role is an onsite internship focused on supporting day-to-day operational workflows across projects, internal and external processes.

Responsibilities include supporting project management activities, tracking deliverables, preparing operational reports, and helping ensure smooth communication between engineering, sales, and client-facing teams.



The intern may also contribute to process automation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts in Heizen’s supply chain and AI solution delivery.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support operational decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Operations Management skills to understand client needs and support operational execution.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to help plan, track, and coordinate tasks and deliverables.
- Basic understanding of supply chain or logistics concepts is beneficial.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and productivity tools; familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
