We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Mystery Audit Team. This role involves coordinating audit operations through effective communication, maintaining structured data systems, and ensuring the smooth execution of audit-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment, with robust organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound and inbound calls with auditors, vendors, and internal teams as required for project coordination.
- Manage, organize, and update audit-related data in Google Sheets, Excel, drive and internal dashboards.
- Perform data sorting, cleaning, and classification to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects.
- Prepare basic reports, summaries, and written documentation related to audit findings.
- Assist in daily operational tasks to support smooth mystery audit execution.
- Maintain records, files, and trackers for auditor details, project assignments, and audit progress.




- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of assignments and adherence to project timelines.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Mid-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic functions such as sorting, filtering, formatting, and simple formulas.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site and coordinate effectively within a team.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Management or Commerce fields (BMS, BBA, BCom, or related streams).

Additional Preferences

- Prior experience in operations, coordination, mystery audits, or data management.
- Basic understanding of the market research or mystery audit industry.
