Job Summary

Thyrocare is looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Executive to manage and coordinate a team of approximately 25–30 Phlebotomists. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective team coordination, timely sample collection, quality compliance, and achievement of operational targets.

The candidate should have strong team-management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, along with a good understanding of phlebotomy and diagnostic operations.

Working Hours

Morning Shift: 05:30 AM to 02:30 PM

Evening Login: Additional 1 hour login in the evening for operational follow-up, team coordination, reporting, and pending activities.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

Manage and coordinate a team of 25–30 Phlebotomists.

Allocate daily duties, routes,



and home-collection assignments to phlebotomists.

Monitor attendance, punctuality, availability, and daily productivity of the team.

Ensure adequate manpower coverage for daily collection requirements.

Conduct regular team briefings and communicate operational updates.

Address team members' operational issues and escalate major concerns to management.

Monitor individual performance and provide regular feedback.

Support training and onboarding of current phlebotomists.

Operations Management

Ensure smooth execution of daily sample collection operations.

Monitor scheduled and completed home collections.

Track delayed, missed, cancelled, and pending collections.

Coordinate with phlebotomists to ensure timely collection and sample handover.

Coordinate with logistics, laboratory, customer-care, and other operational teams.

Resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure minimum service disruption.

Monitor collection routes and optimize manpower deployment wherever required.
