Role Description This is a full-time, on-site OpenPages Developer role based in Hyderabad. The OpenPages Developer will design, configure, and customize IBM OpenPages solutions to support governance, risk, and compliance processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing workflows, forms, and user interfaces, integrating OpenPages with enterprise systems, and optimizing performance and data quality.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and supporting testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.



The developer will also troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and contribute to best practices and standards within the OpenPages and broader technology landscape at OpenTeQ.

Qualifications

- Solid experience with IBM OpenPages configuration, customization, and administration, including workflows, forms, and UI components.
- Proficiency in core development technologies commonly used with OpenPages (such as Java or similar languages), SQL, and REST/SOAP-based integrations.
- Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) concepts and ability to translate business requirements into OpenPages solutions.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms and ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, cloud solutions) and integrating OpenPages within them.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and performance optimization in enterprise applications.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and QA engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in enterprise IT services, digital transformation, or AI-driven environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and basic cybersecurity principles relevant to enterprise applications.
