Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Online Counsellor to join our Online Vertical. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students through calls and online platforms, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable courses, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and counsel students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online communication.
- Understand students’ requirements, interests, and career goals.
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, curriculum, and career opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain lead engagement.
- Convert enquiries and qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide a positive counselling experience.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams when required.




- Maintain regular communication with students until the admission process is completed.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Online Counselling is mandatory/preferred.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Online Learning, or Course Counselling will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of online counselling and lead-conversion processes.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined.
- Comfortable handling multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, Google Meet, and MS Office.
- Must have a laptop/desktop, smartphone, and stable high-speed internet for WFH.
