Online Assistant Company: Odhni Department: Online / E-commerce Location: Nishant Kunj, Pitampura, Delhi Job Type: Full-time About the Role Odhni is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Assistant to support our online and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have an interest in fashion, e-commerce, social media and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update products on Shopify, including product uploads, descriptions, images, pricing and inventory.
- Coordinate day-to-day online store operations and ensure products and information are updated accurately.
- Create social media creatives and promotional content using Canva.
- Edit basic Reels and videos for Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Assist with Instagram and social media management, including uploading content and coordinating posts.
- Monitor online queries and coordinate with customers/team members when required.
- Track website and social media performance and prepare basic reports and insights.
- Assist with influencer/collaboration-related activities and content requirements.
- Maintain proper records and follow up on pending online tasks.

Support the team in implementing current ideas for improving online sales and brand visibility.

Skills Required





- Basic to good knowledge of Shopify - Good knowledge of Canva
- Basic video/Reel editing skills - Valuable understanding of Instagram and social media
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team Preferred Candidate - Graduate or undergraduate with relevant skills
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Shopify, Canva and social media will be preferred.
