About Para AI Labs

Para AI Labs aggregates AI training, LLM evaluation and data annotation work from platforms like Mercor, Turing, micro1 and Alignerr into one place, with pay shown upfront. We're building toward something larger: the data infrastructure for AGI. Today we track 1,619+ live projects and we're the only site in this category publishing sourced, verifiable pay data on the platforms themselves.

What you'll do

- Build and run the off-page strategy — earned links, citations, editorial mentions
- Pitch our original research to journalists, newsletters and publications covering gig work, work from home and AI labour
- Earn contributed placements on relevant publications — on merit, never paid
- Run competitor backlink gap analysis and turn it into a target list
- Audit on-page SEO and hand us prioritised fixes
- Keyword research and rank tracking against a defined target set
- Report monthly on referring domains, response rates and what isn't working

What you need

- 2+ years doing off-page SEO or digital PR with links you can point to
- Real outreach experience — you've written pitches that got answered
- Comfortable in Google Search Console, and able to read a backlink profile




- Written English strong enough to pitch an editor
- Judgment about link quality — you can name a link you'd turn down

Nice to have: HARO/Qwoted/Featured experience · journalist relationships in tech, careers or gig economy · technical SEO literacy · interest in AI

Compensation

- ₹20,000–35,000/month retainer, by experience (~15–20 hrs/week)
- Per-link incentives on qualifying earned links, by tier
- Quarterly bonus on referring-domain targets
- Equity intent letter — see below

On equity, honestly

Para AI Labs is not yet incorporated. There are no shares and no ESOP pool, so nobody can grant you options today, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.

What we will give you is a signed letter of equity intent: a defined number of options, specific performance triggers, and vesting backdated to your start date so the time you put in now counts. When we incorporate and the board approves a pool, that converts.

That's the real deal. If you want certainty, this isn't the role. If you want to build something early and own part of it, let's talk.
