- Conduct comprehensive Technical Feasibility studies to evaluate product designs against manufacturing capabilities.
- Lead Process Planning initiatives to define optimal sequence of operations and establish explicit Process Flow diagrams.
- Generate accurate Process Drgs (Drawings) and technical documentation to guide shop floor assembly and machining.
- Establish and standardise Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to guarantee process consistency and quality control.
- Evaluate and reconcile Input And Output drawings to ensure internal and customer engineering requirements are fully met.
- Optimize Plant Layout for new or modified production lines to maximize efficiency and minimize material handling waste.
2. Tooling, Fixturing & Infrastructure Design
- Execute robust Tooling Design and Fixturing design solutions to ensure stable, repeatable manufacturing setups.
- Develop custom Gauges Design protocols for dimensional verification and inspection of critical-to-quality attributes.
- Collaborate with logistics and packaging teams on functional Packing design to protect finished goods during transit.
- Own and drive the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process from initial product conception through mass production.
- Compile and submit complete PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
packages to secure customer sign-off.
- Facilitate Process and Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to proactively identify risks and enforce mitigation strategies.
- Draft, implement, and maintain the operational Control Plan to ensure robust ongoing monitoring of key parameters.
4. Quality Management Systems (QMS) & Compliance
- Maintain strict compliance with automotive quality standard IATF (IATF 16949) guidelines across all design and development phases.
- Incorporate VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie) standards into audits, process risk management, and customer-specific requirements.
- Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) frameworks to optimize equipment uptime and eliminate production losses.
Required Technical Skills & Competencies:
- 2D Drafting: Advanced proficiency in Auto cad for creating production drawings, layouts, and schematics.
- 3D CAD Modeling: High proficiency in at least one major 3D software - CAD platform, specifically SolidWorks, CATIA, or CREO.
- Productivity Tools: Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documenting process sheets, data tracking, and customer presentations.

- Experience in Machining like CNC ,VMC &HMC; is must
