? We’re Hiring: NPD Executive | Fine Wine Cosmetics

Fine Wine Cosmetics is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented NPD Executive to join our team in Coimbatore.

This is a full-time, onsite role for someone who is excited about taking beauty products from concept to launch and working closely with formulation, packaging, vendors, regulatory and cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do

- Manage end-to-end current product development
- Coordinate with formulation, packaging, vendors and internal teams
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and consumer insights
- Manage sampling, trials, testing and stability evaluations
- Coordinate regulatory documentation and compliance
- Track timelines, budgets and development milestones
- Support product optimization and successful launches

What we’re looking for

- 1+ years of experience in NPD/product development, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, personal care or FMCG




- Strong understanding of product development processes
- Experience with formulation & packaging coordination
- Good analytical, project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Word; Canva and AI tools are a plus
