Position : NPD Chef – Multi Cuisine

About The Role

NPD Chef – Multi-Cuisine to join our team and drive innovative product development across multiple food categories. We are looking for someone who is not just a great chef, but a culinary innovator who can connect food trends with scalable manufacturing and business opportunities.

Location : Devanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560300

The ideal candidate should have:

· Strong experience in multi-cuisine food development, preferably within food manufacturing, QSR, airline catering, hotel, cruise, or large-scale commercial kitchens.

· Proven experience in NPD, product trials, recipe development and commercialisation.

· Good understanding of current food trends, consumer preferences and emerging cuisines.

· Ability to translate culinary concepts into scalable, commercially viable products.

· Experience working with industrial food production processes, equipment and advanced technologies will be an advantage.

· Strong understanding of food cost, yield, standardisation, shelf life, quality and food safety.

· Ability to identify individual components, sauces, fillings, bases and other products that can be commercialised across different customer segments.

· Robust team leadership and the ability to coach, develop and collaborate with R&D;, QA, Production and Commercial teams.

· A strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand which products can be developed for QSR, hotels, cafés, airlines, institutional catering, retail and export markets.
