Handle L2 incidents and service requests related to routing, switching, wireless, and firewall issues.

Troubleshoot network problems involving TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, routing protocols (BGP/EIGRP), and LAN/WAN connectivity.

Perform basic configuration tasks on Cisco routers, switches, and wireless controllers under L3 guidance.

4

Monitor health and performance of network devices, links, and circuits using NMS tools.

5

Analyze logs and events to resolve issues with switches, routers, firewalls, and WLAN access points.

Support L1 engineers through guided troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.

Escalate complex or recurring issues to L3 and follow through till closure.

8

Maintain documentation, SOPs, and update knowledge base articles.

9

Provide support in a 24x7 shift-based environment.
