Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Network Manager to oversee day-to-day network operations, ensure performance excellence, and manage critical incidents. You will be responsible for leading a team, managing key operational metrics, and driving network improvements. This is a strategic role requiring hands-on technical expertise and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Supervise operational KPIs, SLAs, and KRAs, ensuring daily objectives are met.
- Incident Management: Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve critical network incidents, working with your team to drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Project Roadmaps: Develop business requirements and roadmaps for critical projects, ensuring high-performance outcomes.
- Vendor Interaction: Participate in discussions with vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Google, Telcos) to enhance network performance and resolve issues.
- Escalation Point: Act as a point of escalation for complex incidents and ensure prompt resolutions.
- Network Design & Architecture: Collaborate with architects to provide solutions for network design and implementation (LLD, HLD).
- Security & Compliance: Drive vulnerability remediations, manage security audit points, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Documentation Improvement: Contribute to enhancing HLD, LLD, and SOP documentation to standardize processes.
- Continuous Improvement:



Work on driving continual technical and process improvements to optimize network operations.
- Client Interface: Interface with [24]7 clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored network solutions.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 11+ years in networking with proven operational management experience.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN, F5, routing & switching, as well as experience in network design (HLD, LLD).
- Escalation Management: Ability to handle L3 escalated issues technically and with a business-oriented approach.
- Security & Audit: Experience in handling security audits and remediating network vulnerabilities.
- Vendor Management: Proficient in vendor relationship management and project collaboration.
- Networking Skills: Strong knowledge of Nexus switches, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, Cisco SDWAN, Palo Alto, and Juniper firewalls.
- ITIL & Process Knowledge: Solid ITIL knowledge and a focus on continual improvement in network operations.
- Educational Qualification: Any graduate, with a strong background in networking and IT infrastructure management.
