We are looking for an experienced Network Project Manager to manage and deliver network infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and closure. The role will involve coordinating technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Network Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Data Centre, and other technical teams.
- Manage network deployment, migration, upgrade, and refresh activities.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions through regular governance.
- Maintain RAID logs and ensure timely mitigation of risks and resolution of issues.
- Coordinate maintenance windows, implementation activities, testing, and post-implementation reviews.
- Manage project changes and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained.
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
- Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, and executive-level updates.
- Ensure project documentation, implementation plans, runbooks, and closure documents are maintained.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, costs, and deliverables and escalate deviations where required.
- Ensure projects follow established IT, security, change management, and governance processes.
- Support project closure, lessons learned, and handover to operations.





Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Network Project Management.
- Strong experience managing network deployment, migration, upgrade, or transformation projects.
- Valuable understanding of LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and data centre networking.
- Experience working with Network Engineers, Architects, Infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, issue management, change management, and governance.
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage geographically distributed teams and coordinate activities across multiple locations.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- ITIL certification is an advantage.
- CCNA / CCNP or equivalent networking certification is desirable.
- Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, SD-WAN, or cloud networking is an advantage.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
