- Experience: 10–12 years
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
- Location: Pune
- Position: Service Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the service team
- Deploy and lead site service team
- Handson experience in critical technology, components trouble shooting both mechanical & electrical
- Project running
- Provide technical support to customers
- Manage after-sales service activities
- Conduct customer visits and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with sales, engineering and production teams
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

Required Skills:

- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer handling and communication skills
- Team leadership and people management
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment and maintenance
- Ability to handle multiple customer/service issues
- Willingness to travel for customer visits
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
