About the RoleAt Sabhyasha Retail Tech, we are building scalable automation engines for our food delivery platform Near Delight. We are looking for an n8n AI Automation Intern who has strong hands-on experience in Django & Django REST Framework (DRF)—our core backend stack—alongside n8n workflow automation.

In this role, you will help design and deploy multi-tenant CRM and AI-driven marketing workflows that directly support our restaurant partners, driving customer engagement, feedback, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, optimize, and manage multi-tenant automation workflows in n8n connected via Webhooks/APIs.
- Integrate custom Django / DRF backend endpoints with n8n pipelines for CRM data, customer segmentation, and dynamic link generation.
- Work with multi-channel communication tools (Evolution API / WhatsApp API, SMS gateways, Email services).
- Implement error handling, fallback logic (e.g., WhatsApp $rightarrow$ SMS $rightarrow$ Email), and automated logging.




- Explore AI agent integrations to automate dynamic messaging and personalized campaigns for restaurant partners.

What We Are Looking For
- Core Stack: Strong fundamentals in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Automation Tools: Working knowledge of n8n (workflow design, API nodes, webhooks, JSON parsing).
- Database & APIs: Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL schema handling, DB optimization, and RESTful API consumption.
- Mindset: Quick learner, problem solver, and passionate about practical, real-world tech implementations.
- Bonus: Exposure to open-source WhatsApp engines (Evolution API / Baileys), Redis caching, or basic frontend frameworks.
