We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mutual Fund Sales & Operations Executive to handle mutual fund sales, client acquisition, relationship management and day-to-day mutual fund operations.

The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business as well as ensuring smooth processing and servicing of existing client transactions.

Mutual Fund Sales & Business Development

- Generate leads and acquire new clients for mutual fund investments.
- Explain mutual fund products, SIPs and investment options to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and assist them with suitable mutual fund investment options.
- Generate new SIP and lump-sum investment business.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business/sales targets.
- Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with clients for investment-related requirements and documentation.

Mutual Fund Operations

- Process mutual fund transactions including Purchase, Redemption, SIP, STP, SWP and Switch transactions.
- Handle client onboarding and account opening documentation.
- Assist with KYC, FATCA,



nominee updates and other client documentation.
- Coordinate with AMCs, CAMS, KFintech and other relevant platforms/service providers.
- Verify transaction details and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain client folio and transaction records.
- Generate and share account statements, transaction details and portfolio-related reports with clients.
- Track pending transactions and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain transaction records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Reconcile transaction data and identify discrepancies.
- Handle client queries related to mutual fund transactions and account servicing.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to applicable compliance requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

- Maintain client databases and records in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate between the sales and operations teams.
- Follow up for pending documents, payments and transaction requirements.
- Assist in preparing business and AUM reports.
- Support the team in day-to-day office and client servicing activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
