Eligibility

Graduation is mandatory

Diploma in MRD will be preferred

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Medical Records Department (MRD)

✓Strong knowledge of medical records management, documentation and hospital processes

✓Good coordination and team-handling skills

Key Responsibilities

∆Manage day-to-day operations of the MRD department

∆Maintain and organize IPD/OPD medical records

∆Ensure timely completion, filing, indexing and retrieval of patient records

∆Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of medical records

∆Coordinate with clinical, nursing, billing and other departments

∆Conduct regular file audits and ensure compliance with hospital SOPs

∆Prepare MRD reports and MIS

∆Support NABH and other quality audits

Supervise and guide MRD staff

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
