Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging motion graphics and visual creatives for digital platforms.
- Edit high-quality videos for marketing, branding, and social media campaigns.
- Create compelling visuals using Adobe Photoshop and other design tools.
- Leverage AI tools to produce cutting-edge and high-impact video content.
- Develop creative concepts and ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to deliver projects on time.

Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects , Adobe Premiere Pro , and Adobe Photoshop .
- Expertise in AI video creation tools (such as Runway, Pika, Kling, Veo, or similar platforms).
- Excellent understanding of motion graphics, animation, video editing,



and visual storytelling.
- Strong creative thinking with an eye for design, composition, and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or Agencies will be considered as a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of social media content trends and digital marketing creatives.
- Experience working with branding and performance marketing campaigns.
