About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphics Designer with 0–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in visual storytelling, animation, and digital content creation, with the ability to transform ideas into engaging videos and motion graphics.

This is a outstanding opportunity for freshers and early-career designers who want to build their skills while working on real-world projects across healthcare, wellness, technology, and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content for social media and digital platforms.
- Design reels, promotional videos, explainer videos, advertisements, and branded content.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Content, Design, and Product teams to develop creative visual concepts.
- Convert concepts, scripts, and storyboards into visually appealing motion content.
- Create animations using typography, illustrations, icons, transitions, and visual effects.
- Edit and enhance existing video footage when required.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Adapt creative content into different formats and dimensions for various social media platforms.
- Stay updated with current motion design, video editing, AI, and social media trends.
- Take feedback from team members and make revisions accordingly.




- Organize and maintain project files and creative assets.

Required Skills
- Basic to good knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of motion principles, transitions, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging social media content.
- Good creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Basic knowledge of 2D animation and character animation.
- Knowledge of Figma or Canva.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative/video tools.
- Basic understanding of sound design and video editing.
- Experience working with healthcare, wellness, technology, or educational content is a plus.

Eligibility
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong practical skills.
- A portfolio/showreel is required.
