Designation – Motion Graphics Designer

Days of working – 5 (Sat& Sun fixed off)

Role Overview The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics and animated video content across digital platforms, bringing creative concepts to life through engaging visuals. This role combines creative execution, collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients, and the use of modern motion design tools—including AI—to deliver visually impactful content while meeting brand standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1–3 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing

Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, and video work

Design and create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital platforms including videos and social media

Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop ideas for motion-based projects

Transform static designs into smooth, dynamic animations ensuring a seamless visual experience

Edit and enhance video content by adding motion graphics, transitions, and special effects





Apply strong typography skills to create visually appealing text animations and graphic overlays

Use industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop

Basic knowledge of Blender and familiarity with AI-based motion design tools

Work closely with clients and internal team members to understand creative requirements and deliver impactful visuals

Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets project specifications, brand guidelines, and industry standards

Stay updated with latest motion design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Motion Design , or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Knowledge and hands-on exposure to AI tools for motion design
