Role Description This is a full time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Barasat-I.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will create engaging motion graphics and visual content for digital platforms, educational materials, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing storyboards, animating graphics and text, producing short video sequences, and collaborating with the marketing and academic teams to align visuals with brand and educational objectives. The role involves preparing assets for video production, optimizing graphics for multiple formats,



and maintaining consistency with Aditya Group’s design guidelines.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance visual communication across the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Video Production, including editing and asset preparation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital and print media.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field are beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and understanding of typography, color, and layout are expected.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage deadlines, and adapt designs based on feedback is required.
- Prior experience creating educational or corporate motion graphics content will be considered an advantage.
