Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI (Gen AI) and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing AI solutions that leverage advanced machine learning techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of AI principles, a passion for innovation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms, specifically in the areas of Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights and improve AI model performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in AI development.
- Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Mandatory Skills:





- Robust expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with machine learning libraries and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Solid understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and data structures.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing and analysis.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Agentic AI and its applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI engineering or a related role.
- Proven track record of successful AI project implementations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
