About the Role

We are looking for a creative Motion Designer & Video Editor who can transform ideas into engaging visual content. You will create high-quality videos, motion graphics, and animations for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and digital products. The ideal candidate has strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating visually compelling content.

Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, YouTube, and websites.
- Create engaging 2D motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos.
- Design animated text, transitions, visual effects, and motion assets.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to produce creative campaigns.
- Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Color correction, sound mixing, and final video optimization.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video and motion content.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, editing techniques, and AI-powered creative tools.

Requirements





- 1–4 years of experience in motion design and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and edited videos.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Firefly, etc.).
- Knowledge of sound design and basic audio editing.
- Experience with product marketing, healthcare, SaaS, or startup environments.
- Familiarity with Figma and modern design workflows.
