Please Note: This role is based at GNL Plant at Kalapipal, Shajapur District near Sehore (MP)

Its a daily execution role where you will own the operations of our milk procurement network

Spend 10-15% of time in villages to understand ground level milk collection challenges, operational & performance bottlenecks

This role reports to the founder.

What you will be owning every single day

1. daily monitoring, tracking & reconciling milk collection from 200+ village collection centers & 6 chilling centers growing towards 500+ villages
2. ensuring that farmer level collection is reconciled with milk dispatch & receipt at BMC and Plant level
3. publish daily procurement dashboard on pouring volume, farmer pouring count, % rejection, new farmer addition etc
4. field verification via village visits of volumes, farmer pouring numbers, testing equipment and farmer issue validation

doing daily follow up with field team on performance tracking and deviation analysis.

Prepare for weekly review with cluster managers

6. working with procurement systems team to track & reconcile field asset management

Who We Are Looking For

- 4-6 years in dairy procurement / agri-input field ops / rural distribution
- MUST have village-level field experience (VLC/BMC operations, farmer onboarding, or rural route work) before any office role

- Comfortable with fat/SNF economics, milk-testing basics, payment systems.
- Advanced Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, daily dashboards you build the MIS, you don't just fill it.
- Comfortable on ERP/DMS/SFA tools; can adapt to recent software quickly.

- Strong commercial instinct understand gain loss, procurement costing and milk quality parameters
