? We’re Hiring: Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations Technical Architect/Developer

Are you a hands-on D365 F&O; expert with deep roots in Dynamics AX and a passion for solving complex technical challenges? We are looking for a driven Technical Architect/Developer to join our team and lead high-impact enterprise projects.

? What You’ll Do:

- Design, develop, and customize D365 F&O; solutions using X++, C#, and SQL Server.
- Lead technical architecture, integrations, and data migration (including legacy AX-to-D365 upgrades).
- Build and optimize Data Entities, OData APIs, SSRS reports, and workflows.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power Apps.
- Manage builds, deployments, and environments via Azure DevOps, LCS, and RSAT.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high-performance database management.

? Functional Focus Areas: Experience in one or more of: AR,



AP, Production, Warehouse Management, or Project Management & Accounting.

? What We’re Looking For:

- Deep technical expertise in D365 F&O; / AX 2012 R2/R3 architecture and development lifecycle.
- Strong SQL Server administration skills (backup, security, performance tuning).
- Proficiency in source control (TFS/Azure DevOps) – branching, merging, and release management.
- A self-starter who thrives independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent communication, ownership, and a commitment to quality delivery.
