Role Description This is a full time, on-site MERN + AI Internship role based in Pune District. Interns will assist in designing, developing, and testing web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), including front-end interfaces and back-end APIs.

Responsibilities include integrating basic AI/ML features, collaborating with senior developers on feature implementation, debugging code, and optimizing application performance. Interns will also participate in code reviews, document technical work,



and coordinate with designers and digital marketing teams to align products with business requirements. The role involves continuous learning, following best practices, and contributing to project milestones under the guidance of mentors.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in JavaScript and web development concepts, with familiarity in HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
- Exposure to the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and ability to build basic full-stack applications.
- Introductory knowledge of AI/ML concepts, Python or JavaScript-based ML libraries, and RESTful API integration.
- Understanding of software development practices, including version control (Git), debugging, and basic testing.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, with attention to detail in coding and documentation.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in digital products, user experience, and staying updated with emerging web and AI technologies.
