Role Description The Merchandiser role at Sourcenet Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves managing the product lifecycle from design concept to delivery, including coordinating with designers, suppliers, and buyers to ensure styles, costs, and timelines align with market needs. The Merchandiser monitors fashion trends, prepares product assortments, and collaborates with production teams to maintain quality and timely shipments.





Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of orders, samples, and approvals, supporting pricing and negotiation activities, and providing regular updates to internal teams and clients. The Merchandiser is expected to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize product performance and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to understand market demands, product performance, and consumer behavior.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support product positioning, assortments, and trend-based decision-making.
- Relevant experience in fashion merchandising, apparel sourcing, or product development is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or merchandising tools is an advantage.
- Graduate degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
