We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Multi-Skilled MEP Technician for the operation and maintenance of a commercial retail building.
The candidate should have a solid electrical background with practical experience in:
- LT panels, DBs, electrical systems and troubleshooting
- DG, transformer and power distribution
- Pumps, motors, starters and water systems
- Plumbing, drainage and sanitary maintenance
- Basic HVAC/VRV and fire-fighting systems
- Lift operation and coordination with lift AMC
- Preventive maintenance and breakdown handling
- Coordinating with specialist AMC/service contractors
The candidate should be capable of personally attending to day-to-day electrical, plumbing and maintenance issues, maintaining basic records/checklists and independently coordinating building service.
