We are expanding our BIM practice. Office: NIBR Corporate Park, 1 Aerocity, Saki Naka, Andheri East - 5 minutes from Saki Naka metro.

Role & responsibilities: Develop Revit MEP models (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting) from design inputs across hotel, commercial, high-rise and township projects. Build and maintain federated models; run Navisworks clash detection and prepare coordination reports. Produce shop drawings and GFC deliverables from the model. Maintain family libraries,



templates and BIM standards. Coordinate daily with discipline leads and the BIM coordinator through design and site queries.

Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 3 years hands-on Revit MEP modelling in an MEP consultancy or contractor BIM cell - mandatory. Working knowledge of Navisworks clash workflows. AutoCAD fluency. Hospitality/high-rise project exposure and Dynamo scripting a plus.
