Role Description The Merchandise Manager at PInterview is a full time, remote role responsible for managing the product and service portfolio offered on the platform. This role involves planning and optimizing assortments of interview packages, learning resources, and consulting services to align with user needs and business goals. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory levels and availability of offerings, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure services are accurately listed, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and refine merchandising strategies.

Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer support to enhance the overall user experience, drive revenue growth, and maintain consistent, clear presentation of all products and services across digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and clearly present product information.
- Customer service skills to understand user needs and ensure offerings and experiences are user-centric.
- Sales-related skills to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and support revenue growth through effective merchandising.
- Inventory management skills to track availability, manage digital catalog updates, and maintain accurate product listings.
- Assortment planning skills to build, evaluate, and adjust product and service mixes aligned with market demand.
- Experience in e-commerce, online platforms, or digital product management is beneficial.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and spreadsheets to interpret performance metrics and inform decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
