Apranova is looking for experienced technology professionals who are genuinely interested in training, mentoring, and guiding youngsters as they develop practical, industry-relevant technology skills.

We are currently looking for mentors across multiple technology domains:

Open Mentor Roles

Data Engineer Mentor

Cybersecurity Mentor

Full Stack Development Mentor

AI Engineer Mentor

We are looking to onboard approximately 10–15 mentors for each role.

What You’ll Do

As a mentor at Apranova, you will:

Train and mentor students, beginners, and early-career professionals.

Explain technical concepts in a simple and practical way.

Guide learners through hands-on projects and real-world use cases.

Help learners improve their technical and problem-solving skills.

Share your professional experience, industry practices, and practical knowledge.

Review learner projects and provide constructive feedback.

Help learners understand how technologies are used in real-world development environments.

Encourage learners to build and practice rather than rely only on theoretical learning.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for professionals who:

Have 3+ years of relevant industry experience in their respective domain.

Have strong practical knowledge of the technology they want to mentor.

Can communicate technical concepts clearly.

Enjoy helping and guiding beginners and young professionals.





Are genuinely interested in training the next generation of technology professionals.

Have previous mentoring, teaching, or training experience — preferred but not mandatory.

Engagement

This is a part-time mentor opportunity designed for experienced professionals who would like to share their knowledge and industry experience while continuing their skilled work or other commitments.
