Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from planning to execution.

- Supervise site teams to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve conflicts and optimize resource allocation.

- experience in strategic sourcing, tender management, vendor development and end-to-end procurement for large-scale commercial fit-out and EPC projects. He has robust exposure to Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm and Plumbing (PHE) packages across Pan-India projects.

Job Requirements :

- 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering or commercial interior design.

- Strong understanding of MEP systems installation, testing, and commissioning procedures.

- Proficiency in creating technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD or Revit.

- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
