Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Membership Consultant role based in Gurugram.

The Membership

Consultant will engage prospective members through walk-ins, inquiries, and outreach, explaining membership options, facilities, and services in a explicit and supportive manner. Daily responsibilities include conducting gym tours, handling membership sign-ups, processing renewals, and maintaining accurate member records. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service, responding to member questions or concerns, and supporting retention initiatives.

Consultant will collaborate with the club team on local marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and community events to drive membership growth and enhance the overall member experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience with consultative selling, lead follow-up, and closing memberships.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with confident presentation abilities during gym tours and member interactions.
- Basic administrative and organizational skills, including data entry, record keeping, and handling membership documentation.
- Comfort working with digital tools and CRM or membership management systems; familiarity with social media or local marketing is an advantage.
- Enthusiasm for health, fitness, and wellness, with the ability to motivate and support members of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including flexible hours, weekends, and peak times as required by club operations.
- Prior experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
