Role: Mechanical Structural Engineer

Location: Gadchiroli, Maharashtra

Experience: 7 to 12 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Review and monitor mechanical and structural engineering activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction and installation activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders for smooth execution of works.
- Review fabrication, erection, and commissioning plans for mechanical structures and equipment.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and identify engineering or construction-related issues.
- Verify quantities, progress reports, and contractor submissions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
- Assist in project documentation, reporting, and technical reviews.





Candidate Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
- 7 to 12 years of experience in mechanical and structural engineering within industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of fabrication, erection, structural steel works, and mechanical equipment installation.
- Ability to review engineering drawings and coordinate multidisciplinary activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering/project management tools.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in iron ore beneficiation plants, steel plants, mining projects, material handling systems, or heavy industrial projects.
- Exposure to PMC, EPC, or industrial construction environments will be an added advantage.
