About the Role

Mangal Realty is looking for an experienced and technically sound MEP Engineer to manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for our township project in Vizianagaram.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, coordination, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems across the township.

Key Responsibilities● Plan, coordinate, and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works at the township project.

● Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical requirements before execution.

● Supervise electrical systems including LT panels, DG sets, transformers, power distribution, street lighting, and common-area electrical works.

● Manage plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, sewage, rainwater harvesting, water tanks, pumps, and pipelines.

● Coordinate and supervise STP/WTP, pumping systems, irrigation, and water distribution systems.

● Supervise firefighting systems including hydrants, fire pumps, sprinkler systems, fire tanks, and related installations.

● Coordinate MEP works for villas, roads, clubhouse, amenities, landscaping, common areas, and other township infrastructure.

● Monitor MEP contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and vendors.





● Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.

● Identify technical issues, resolve site-level MEP problems, and coordinate with the Civil and Project teams.

● Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems.

● Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MEP progress reports and technical documentation.

● Check material specifications, quantities, consumption, and quality at site.

● Assist in MEP BOQ preparation, estimation, material planning, and cost control.

● Monitor preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of MEP equipment and systems.

● Ensure compliance with applicable electrical, plumbing, firefighting, safety, and project standards.

● Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and government/utility authorities whenever required.

Requirements● Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline.

● Relevant experience in MEP execution, preferably in townships, residential projects, villas, large layouts, or infrastructure projects.

● Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, firefighting, water supply, sewage, and mechanical systems.

● Good knowledge of MEP drawings, site execution, testing, and commissioning.

● Ability to manage contractors and coordinate multiple activities at site.

● Solid problem-solving and site-management skills.

● Good communication and coordination skills.

● Candidates who can independently handle MEP works at a township project will be preferred.
