Job responsibilities -
- Review Logistics request and planning for shipment execution
- Release of RFQ to identified Logistics service providers (LSP)
- Bid compilation, Contract finalization and nomination of LSP
- Co-ordination with all internal as well as external parties for smooth execution of shipment
- Monitoring of shipments with reference to agreed transit time
- Review and Process LSPs Invoice
- Monitor and resolve query if any for timely release of payments to LSPs
- To keep the System updated for all the stages of shipments 9) LSPs Performance monitoring
- Timely updation / escalation to seniors for delay/issue if any
