Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketplace Operations professional to manage and scale our presence across leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and others. The role will own end-to-end marketplace operations, from listings and inventory to campaigns, pricing, and performance tracking, ensuring strong growth while maintaining brand and margin objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
- Coordinate with marketplace KAMs for visibility initiatives, campaigns, and issue resolution.
- Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, deals, and major sale events.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.




- Track and analyse marketplace performance metrics such as sales, ROAS, conversions, returns, and ratings.
- Manage pricing, discounts, and promotions in line with brand positioning and margin targets.
- Analyse competitor activity and market trends to optimize assortment, pricing, and visibility.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear insights and action points.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 3+ years of experience managing online marketplaces.
- Positive understanding of marketplace operations and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with seller panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
- Ability to analyse sales, traffic, and conversion data.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and marketplace ads.
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs, platforms, and deadlines.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail in listings, pricing, and campaigns.
- Clear communication skills with internal teams and marketplace partners.
