About The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Strategist to plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives across content, digital, social, websites, SEO/GEO, and paid campaigns. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business and marketing objectives, develop strategic recommendations, and coordinate with internal specialists to keep marketing activity aligned with brand and business goals.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone curious about marketing, with strong strategic and communication skills, who wants to build a broad understanding of B2B marketing across industries and channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy &

- Client Management

- Understand client businesses, goals, audiences, competitors, and marketing challenges, and translate that into integrated strategies spanning content, digital, social, websites, SEO/GEO, email, and paid campaigns.
- Turn market research into communication strategies, content ideas, campaign concepts, and channel plans.
- Manage client communication, feedback, and presentations, and support day-to-day account needs.
- Brief and coordinate internal teams to ensure timely, consistent delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Content &

- Brand Communication

- Build content strategies and calendars aligned with brand objectives and audience needs.
- Draft and refine content for social posts, website copy, blogs, newsletters, campaign messaging with an understanding of brand positioning, tone of voice, and storytelling, adapting messaging across audiences and channels.
- Partner with designers and other teams so content and creative come together as one cohesive brand experience.

Digital Marketing &

- Campaigns

- Plan integrated campaigns across paid media, social, email, SEO, and GEO defining objectives, audiences, messaging, creative requirements,



landing pages, CTAs, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with specialist teams to keep campaign execution aligned with overall strategy.
- Review performance and surface insights and opportunities for improvement.

Brand Pitches &

- Business Growth

- Research prospective clients, their industry, competitors, audience, and digital presence to identify opportunities.
- Build pitch decks, proposals, campaign concepts, and channel recommendations, and present them clearly in client pitches.

Trends &

- Innovation

- Track emerging marketing trends, platforms, and AI tools, and identify ways to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Skills &

- Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- 3-5 years in digital marketing, content marketing, account management, or similar, ideally across multiple brands/clients in a B2B context.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing channels (content, web, social, email, SEO, GEO, paid) and basic content writing/editing skills.
- Strong client communication, presentation, and relationship management skills; able to build well-structured pitch decks.
- Good design and visual communication sense, with the ability to give relevant creative input.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills; comfortable collaborating across designers, developers, and performance/SEO specialists.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CMS platforms, and AI tools is a plus.
