Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full time, hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with some flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s electrical contracting, fabrication, and industrial services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, supporting sales initiatives, developing marketing campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Specialist will engage with existing and potential clients, contribute to customer service activities, and assist in creating marketing materials and reports to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to perform Market Research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy to support lead generation, client outreach, and brand positioning.
- Proficiency in basic digital marketing tools and office productivity software (e.g., MS Office, email marketing platforms) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in industrial, construction, or electrical contracting sectors is an advantage.
