Role Description This full-time, on-site Marketing Team Member role is based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The team member will support the development and execution of marketing activities, including assisting with marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional materials, and contributing to branding initiatives for printing and packaging solutions.

Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, gathering customer and industry insights, supporting sales and customer service teams with marketing collateral,



and tracking campaign performance. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, maintaining marketing databases, and participating in client meetings or events as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Sales and basic marketing execution skills to assist in lead generation and campaign implementation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
- Additional beneficial skills include proficiency with MS Office or marketing tools, ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, and familiarity with printing or packaging industry trends.
