Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Vadodara.

The Marketing

Manager will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, attract recent customers, and deepen relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, coordinating digital and offline promotions, managing social media and content calendars, and overseeing in-store events and seasonal campaigns. The role also involves working closely with sales teams and showroom leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals, analyzing campaign performance,



and optimizing activities for maximum impact.

The Marketing

Manager will collaborate with designers and vendors, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure that all communication reflects the brand’s heritage, luxury positioning, and customer-first values.

Qualifications

- Experience in marketing strategy and planning, including campaign development and brand positioning.
- Strong digital marketing skills, such as social media management, online advertising, and basic analytics.
- Proficiency in content creation and management, including copywriting, visual briefing, and storytelling for luxury or lifestyle brands.
- Skills in offline and retail marketing, such as event planning, in-store promotions, and local brand outreach.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing activities and measure performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with showroom, sales, and creative teams.
- Prior experience in jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Vadodara and engaging directly with customers, partners, and community stakeholders.
