KOHIRA Diamonds is a growing luxury lab-grown diamond jewellery brand with a vision to build a strong, aspirational and nationally recognised jewellery brand.

As we expand our retail presence across India, we are looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager who understands luxury, storytelling and brand building — and can translate strategy into powerful campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

- Develop and strengthen KOHIRA’s positioning as a luxury and aspirational jewellery brand
- Build a consistent brand identity, tone of voice and communication strategy
- Create compelling brand stories and campaign narratives
- Ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint — digital, retail, advertising, events and collaborations
- Understand luxury consumer behaviour and develop communication that creates desirability, aspiration and brand pride

Integrated Marketing Campaigns

- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns from concept to rollout
- Develop campaign ideas, communication themes, media plans and launch calendars
- Coordinate with creative, media, production and advertising agencies
- Track campaign performance, reach, engagement and ROI

Digital & Social Media
- Lead the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms
- Plan content calendars, reels, brand films, product campaigns and performance creatives
- Work closely with digital agencies for Meta and Google advertising
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimise campaigns

Influencer & Celebrity Marketing
- Identify and manage relevant influencers, creators and celebrity collaborations
- Develop influencer campaigns aligned with KOHIRA’s luxury positioning
- Manage campaign concepts, negotiations, deliverables and performance
- Build long-term relationships with influencers and brand partners

ATL & Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute ATL campaigns including:
- Hoardings & Outdoor Advertising
- PVR / Cinema Advertising
- Print & Magazine Advertising




- Radio and other relevant media
- Plan city-wise marketing around new showroom launches
- Develop high-impact campaigns to build awareness in new and existing markets

Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify strategic tie-ups with premium brands, corporates, communities and lifestyle partners
- Develop co-marketing and cross-brand collaboration opportunities
- Create creative activations to reach HNI and premium customer segments

Creative & Storytelling
- Should have a strong understanding of storytelling and emotional brand communication
- Work with creative teams to develop powerful campaigns, films, scripts and visual concepts
- Convert product features and craftsmanship into compelling consumer stories
- Maintain a premium and consistent luxury aesthetic across all communication

What We’re Looking For

- 5–8+ years of relevant brand and marketing experience
- Strong experience with luxury, premium, jewellery, fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands preferred
- Proven experience in building or repositioning consumer brands
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and consumer psychology
- Excellent storytelling and creative thinking ability
- Hands-on understanding of digital marketing, social media and performance marketing
- Experience with ATL, OOH, cinema advertising and offline campaigns
- Experience managing influencers, agencies and large-scale campaigns
- Strong understanding of campaign budgeting and ROI
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and showroom launches simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills The Person We Want
