Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that support brand growth and revenue objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across channels, coordinating with sales and product teams, and overseeing the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content. The role involves conducting market and competitor analysis, tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements.

Manager will also manage vendor and agency relationships, organize events or promotional activities when needed,



and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. This position requires proactive collaboration, strong ownership of outcomes, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

- Strong marketing strategy and planning abilities, including experience in campaign development and brand positioning.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO/SEM), analytics tools, and content creation for marketing purposes.
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and interpreting data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including organizing campaigns, events, and marketing projects within timelines and budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a marketing management or senior marketing role, preferably in a product-focused or B2B environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, showing adaptability, integrity, and a collaborative mindset in an inclusive workplace.
