We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager – Oral Care & Personal Care

Aplomb Care Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong background in Oral Care and Personal Care products.

We are looking for a professional who can take ownership of category development, product positioning, marketing strategy, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing and business plans for Oral Care & Personal Care categories.
- Identify opportunities to launch, position and establish current product categories in the market.
- Develop the right product portfolio, product concepts, positioning and market strategy based on consumer and market requirements.
- Prepare and execute ATL, BTL, digital, trade and consumer marketing plans.
- Work closely with the Sales Team and provide the required marketing tools, product training, sales support and category insights.
- Develop product-wise and category-wise Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Conduct market, competitor and consumer analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Sales, Design and other teams to ensure successful product launches.




- Track marketing performance and continuously improve strategies based on market response and business results.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oral Care and/or Personal Care.
- Strong understanding of FMCG marketing, category management and brand building.
- Experience in new product launches and establishing new categories will be highly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to convert ideas into practical business plans and measurable results.
- Excellent communication, presentation and team-management skills.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in FMCG/Consumer Products will be preferred.
