About the role Climaty AI is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Lead to build and lead our marketing function.

This is a senior strategic role for someone who can define how Climaty AI is positioned, take our solutions to market and translate marketing activity into brand growth, qualified pipeline and revenue. You will own the thinking behind our marketing not simply the execution of campaigns. You will work closely with the founders, sales, product and design teams to identify market opportunities, establish clear priorities and lead the execution of high-impact initiatives across channels and markets.

What you’ll own

- Develop and lead Climaty AI’s overall marketing strategy, positioning, messaging and go-to-market priorities.
- Build a differentiated brand narrative across Agentic AI, Programmatic+ and sustainable media solutions.
- Create an integrated marketing roadmap covering demand generation, content, digital, partnerships, events and thought leadership.
- Design marketing programs that directly support sales priorities, pipeline creation and revenue growth.
- Develop market-entry and account-focused strategies for priority regions, industries, agencies and brands.
- Establish Climaty AI and its leadership as credible voices across AI, advertising, media technology and sustainability.
- Translate complex technology and product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences.
- Lead market, customer and competitor intelligence to identify new opportunities and inform commercial decisions.
- Set clear briefs, priorities, budgets, KPIs and performance expectations for internal teams, agencies and external partners.
- Help build,



mentor and lead the marketing function as the company grows.

What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with meaningful ownership of strategy and outcomes.
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, AI, AdTech, MarTech, media or sustainability is strongly preferred.
- A proven track record of building positioning, go-to-market strategies and demand-generation programs.
- Strong understanding of brand, content, digital, performance marketing, partnerships, events and growth.
- A commercial mindset and clear understanding of how marketing contributes to pipeline, conversion and revenue.
- The ability to simplify complex products and communicate their value through sharp, differentiated messaging.
- Experience managing teams, agencies, budgets and external partners.
- Robust analytical skills, with the ability to use data and market insight to make decisions.
- Confidence working closely with founders and senior commercial stakeholders.
- A proactive, creative and entrepreneurial approach suited to a fast-moving startup environment.
