Role Description The Marketing Intern role at Influxia Media is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including researching potential influencers, collecting performance data, and preparing reports. Daily tasks include conducting market and competitor research, supporting the development of marketing strategies, and helping manage communication with influencers and brand partners.

The intern will also assist the sales and account teams with campaign coordination, basic presentations, and follow-ups to ensure smooth customer service.



This role offers hands-on experience in influencer marketing, exposure to digital campaigns, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support campaign planning and performance analysis.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to assist in client interactions, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Candidates should have basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok/short-video apps).
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Noida and be open to learning in a dynamic agency setting.
