Raiqa AI is a fast-growing Health & Food Technology platform focused on making healthy, home-style food accessible through technology. We are looking for passionate and energetic freshers who are eager to build a career in sales and marketing while working in a dynamic startup environment.

Roles & Responsibilites:

As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to learn and support day-to-day business development activities.

Your responsibilities include

- Assist in handling inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
- Communicate with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta, and email.
- Learn customer requirements and recommend suitable meal plans or services.
- Support the sales team in following up with leads until conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or lead tracker.
- Assist in identifying potential B2B customers through online research and networking.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely follow-ups on campaign leads.
- Support customer onboarding by coordinating with internal teams.
- Achieve assigned learning goals and contribute towards sales targets.




- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.

Who can Apply?

- Fresh graduates from any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and email for professional communication.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
