Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role based in Lucknow, with some flexibility for work from home. The Marketing & HR Intern will assist in digital marketing activities, including social media support, basic campaign coordination, and content planning for promotional materials. The intern will help with HR tasks such as maintaining candidate records, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding documentation, and updating internal databases.

Daily responsibilities may include drafting straightforward marketing copy, preparing reports, supporting office communications, and collaborating with the team on events or initiatives. The role is designed to provide practical experience in both marketing operations and HR processes within a creative, digital content-focused company.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of marketing concepts, social media platforms, and digital promotion techniques.
- Interest in HR processes such as recruitment support, onboarding coordination, and basic employee record management.




- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear emails, simple marketing copy, and documentation.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned tasks.
- Comfort with basic productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and willingness to learn new software used by the team.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and maintain a skilled, inclusive attitude with colleagues and clients.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in digital content creation (photoshoots, cinematography, ads) and a desire to build a career in marketing or HR will be an advantage.
